It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of Ralph Scalzo after a long illness.
Ralph was a pillar of the North Eastern Car Club, serving with distinction as President (2007–2008) and Secretary (2008, 2024, and 2025).
His commitment to the club earned him the title of Club Champion in 2007, and his dedication as a Clerk of Course ensured the success of the Mt Porepunkah Rallysprint for many years.
Ralph was highly regarded for his leadership and passion for the club. He will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of working alongside him and calling him a friend.
Our deepest condolences go out to his wife Josie, children Paul, Lisa and Dan, and the extended Scalzo family during this difficult time.
